Veho : Lifestyleshop
As part of Veho's overall online refresh they required an online store. They already had an 'off the shelf' solution and although orders were coming through Veho weren't convinced the site was working as effectively as it should. The main problems were the product navigation and categorisation and more importantly the drop off rate whilst customers were ordering.
It was clear that the site needed to give the users a simple and intuitive navigation and ordering experience. With our bespoke e-commerce solution we were able to build a site that, through the front end, performed for the customers and made maintaining and updating the site for Veho easy with the new back end control panel.
A key feature that was built-in the site was the auto IP detection. Veho sell products worldwide and wanted to make the shopping experience easy for all nations, with the auto IP detection we were able fix the currency displayed in the store to the users specific country.
